By downloading or using LittleLingo products of MultiLingoKids, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the App.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, MultiLingoKids grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and install a copy of the App on a device that you own or control and to run such copy of the App solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Restrictions

You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App. You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the App, any updates, or any part thereof.

5. User Content

You are responsible for all content, such as comments or images, that you upload or post through the App. You must not post any content that is offensive, harmful to minors, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable.

MultiLingoKids may from time to time in its sole discretion develop and provide App updates, which may include upgrades, bug fixes, patches, other error corrections, and/or new features.

If you fail to comply with any of the Terms, your rights under this license will terminate immediately without notice from MultiLingoKids.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" and without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

​

In no event will MultiLingoKids be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the App.
